This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Abaiko Software ("ABAIKO")

By installing and using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use this SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may use this SOFTWARE during the trial period of 30 inconsecutive days. If you wish to continue to use the SOFTWARE following this trial period of 30 days or less, you must register. Or you may prolong the trial period for another 30 inconsecutive days by deleting all data obtained through using this SOFTWARE.

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer. With a Personal License, you may use the program for non-commercial purposes in a non-business, non-commercial environment. That is, you may use it at home for private purposes only. To use the SOFTWARE in a business, academic, or governmental environment, you should purchase a Business License.

The number of licenses in a network environment must not be less than the maximum possible amount of simultaneous users that will access the software through the network.

All updates to the SOFTWARE (new versions and bug fixes) are free for one year after registration.

2. COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by ABAIKO.

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by ABAIKO. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as the sale of any right in the SOFTWARE. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of ABAIKO and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license.

3. DISTRIBUTION

The SOFTWARE unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.

a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without a written permission from the copyright owner.

b. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without a written permission from the copyright owner.

c. The SOFTWARE unregistered trial version may not be distributed inside any other software package without a written permission from the copyright owner.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

5. RESTRICTIONS

You may not publish or distribute your registration key, ABAIKO reserves the right to disable your registration key if it is found out that your registration key is publicly distributed.
